Welcome to the Popla App. Before using our services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    • Acceptance of Terms:

      By accessing or using the Popla App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines, and any other additional terms and policies that may apply to specific features or services within the app.
    • User Eligibility:

      You must be at least 18 years old to use our app. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
    • Song Requests:

      Popla allows users to request and dedicate songs to be played at public venues or private events. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your song requests. Song requests may be subject to review and approval by the DJ, Venue, or Event Organizer.
    • Ticket Purchase and Sales:

      Popla facilitates the sale and purchase of event tickets from various sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy of ticket listings or the actual events. Tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Event Organizers, Venues, or DJs. It is your responsibility to review and comply with these terms.
    • Event Management:

      Popla provides event management tools for Event Organizers and DJs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the event information, including dates, times, venues, and performers. Event Organizers and DJs may be subject to additional terms and conditions regarding event creation and management. It is their responsibility to review and comply with these terms.
    • Location Feature:

      The app uses your phone’s location feature to provide song request services, and event-related services, such as showing Events / DJs near your location. You can choose to enable or disable the location feature. Enabling location will provide you with a more tailored experience.
    • Ticket Prices and Fees:

      The prices displayed on our app may include service fees, delivery fees, and taxes. These fees are subject to change without notice. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations may be subject to additional fees or restrictions, which are determined by the DJ, Event Organizer or Popla.
    • Wallet Deposits and Withdrawals:

      Monies deposited into our in-app wallet are converted to Popla equivalent of the currency (Popla Coin). We do not hold normal currencies. When a withdrawal is requested, your Popla coin held in our wallet is converted back to the official currency before withdrawals are sent. Please note that a 5% withdrawal fee applies to each request. Also, withdrawals might take up to 48 hours to reflect on user’s Bank Account or Card.
    • User Accounts:

      You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account. Popla may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion if you violate these terms.
    • Content Guidelines:

      Users are expected to submit song requests that comply with our content guidelines. Inappropriate or offensive content is not allowed. Popla reserves the right to change or remove content on the app without notice. User-generated content, including DJ live sessions, event listings, reviews, and comments, should comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or edit user content that violates these guidelines.
    • Privacy:

      Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including location data.
    • Intellectual Property:

      The app and its content are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Popla. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any content without permission.
    • Liability:

      Popla is not responsible for the accuracy of song requests, including song titles and artists. Popla is not liable for any issues arising from song requests, including the availability of requested songs or the actual playing of songs at venues or events. Popla is not responsible for the accuracy of event information, including dates, times, venues, and performers. Popla is not liable for any issues arising from ticket purchases, sales, or attendance at events, including cancellations, rescheduling, or other disruptions.
    • Governing Law:

      These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country the User is registered in. Any disputes arising from the use of the app will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the User’s country.
    • Changes to Terms:

      Popla reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and it is their responsibility to review the updated terms.
